It's the first thing you get on when in Orlando..The transit to the main terminal at MCO with Jack Wagner's voice..That when you know your back!

Always gets the anticipation ramped-up.

the "I'm in Disney!!" feeling hits me when I walk into AKL and take in the scenery and when I'm in magic Kingdom walking thru Adventureland!!

The moment I get into the MK parking lot and see the tram!
However, for an attraction that does it for me? Probably Splash - I RUN there and do it first even if its 40 degrees in the rain!

So many things that could do it. Driving on property, checking in to your hotel, but I think I too have to vote for the monorail. "Please stand clear of the doors" you hear that and you just know you are there.

I have three. The main entrance sign gives me that first "I'm here!!!" feeling, then when we walk into WL & when checking in I hear "Welcome Back!!!" and walking onto Main Street.

I would definitely say the feeling of stepping into the resort after a long day of travelling. Since the OP asked for attraction, I would say Space Mountain. There is just something about it that gives me that Disney feeling every time.
