Maybe one of the ballroom ghosts from HM, or the dog from either CoP or PotC. Dancing for eternity, lying around, or taunting Pirates all sound like fun. Possibly the Carnotaur from Dinosaur, though. It would be fun to scare guests all day.

Either Waldorf or Statler in the Muppets. I remember the first time I saw them and was like WOW!!! I guess it was just taking something so iconic from tv and movies and having them be so real. Plus- it would be a good excuse to tell corny jokes and heckle all day
