My wife and I's best moments at WDW are those late evenings at EPCOT. It's the first place I told my wife that I love her. After Illuminations we like to hang out around the back of World Showcase until the crowds start to thin out. We'll find a bench, listen to the music and breath in the fresh warm air. It always gives me that amazing feeling that you and I spent thousands of dollars on and months waiting for. Those moments are what Disney is all about for us. How bout you?

Well, if you start at my belly button and go dow...oh, wrong one.

Splash Mountain on the last ride of EMH when no one else is on it. Everything is just so serene on the attraction, and then the walk out is always so great from the back of the park. TTA at night is another good one.

I guess it would be the clock on the side of the street on Main St.
I had my photo taken w/ it in the background when I was a child & I took a picture of my 8 yr old in the same place on our trip last yr.
I also get butterflies in my stomach when I walk through Cinderella Castle.
I remember walking through it as a child.
It gives me the same feeling today!

The area in front of the train station at Magic Kingdom, waiting for the park opening festivities to begin. "Good morning, good morning...."

Our special spot is gone! It was one of the concrete benches around the trees in front of the castle, in front of the statue of Walt and Mickey. My husband proposed to me on that bench. The first time we went with our kids we went straight to that spot to take a pic of them on the bench, and I nearly cried when I saw it was gone.:(

My special spot is the area behind House of Blues, but not at night. Not only can you get some delicious Haagen-Daz strawberry icecream with a waffle cone, but you can sit out there and get a fantastic view of the Saratoga Springs Resort and listen to jazz music. It's so perfect, and always empty before noon.

I love sitting in front of or near the ice cream parlor on main street after the fireworks and the parade and just enjoying the park at night with my mint ice cream cone.

Two trips ago, my hubbie and I were having a date night in Epcot & I got some fish n chips from england. Then we sat on a bench in the garden across the street and ate them. There was not a soul in sight and the flowers were beautiful. It felt like we were the only ones there.

i have two: first; if you are facing the castle and go up the left side ramp, the 2nd set of benches is where my hubby proposed to me. those benches will always be special to me:kiss:.
second; the benches across from where off kilter plays. i'm not particularly a fan (no stoning from the die hard fans please!), but on our last 2 trips, while dd was sleeping, hubby and i got some coffee and popped a squat and did some good ol' fashioned people watching. if by some weird twist of fate, the god's allow both kids to crash out at the same time on our next trip, we will be able to enjoy this spot again:lookaroun.

I used to love sitting and sipping a drink outside the Fountain View at Epcot at night and people watch but it's closed now.

But we have found a new spot near the Canada Pavillion that seems to be very quiet and we can feed the ducks.

my favorite spot is sitting in one of those side streets off Main Street...where the (I believe) Art Emporium sits. I love sitting there late at night when the park is emptying out...eating an ice cream or a brownie. It's perfect because everyone else is always rushing out of the parks...and my DH and I just sit there and relax a little before taking the trek back.

I have 4 spots that instantly came to mind when I read this forum title.
  1. MK - riding Astro Orbiter @ nite
  2. EPCOT - being anywhere in the park @ nite
  3. Coronado Springs - Staring out and looking across the water at the pepper market @ nite
  4. MK- TTA & CoP....actually anywhere in Tomorrowland day & nite

Edit: I also forgot to include the view from Mt. Gushmore @ Blizzard Beach. If anyone has pictures of this please post them here! Thanks!

Can't limit to one

too difficult to choose just one:

At AKL, sitting by either fireplace late at night - the one in the lobby or, if it is not too hot or rainy out, the fire-pit just outside the wall of glass

At EPCOT World Showcase, the English garden square, the Japanese garden, the train area in Germany, and the spot where I proposed just outside Canada

inspirational spot in EPCOT - exit Ice Station Cool / Club Cool - turn RIGHT, enter automatic doors, walk a few steps, look up to your right for a giant version of the excellent, 'famous' photo of Walt walking through/under the Castle - fantastic!

MK - sitting by little fountain near Castle

of course, there are some I don't want to give away

Sitting anywhere in Frontierland for me is very special, I just think it is so quintessentially Disney and I just love that area of the MK.

One of my special places is at the Adventurers Club, maybe with a Kunagloosh and a bag of Mickey trail mix. What can I say, I love the radiothon.

Kungaloosh.

Off the top of my head... I'm sure more will come later... I remember when we were just touring the resorts. It was around noon, and it seemed like the whole world was in the parks. And we were walking around the Polynesian and we found this spot on the beach.

I know it sounds cheesy but it was so quiet and peaceful.

Another one is the walkway from MGM. It goes past the Swan and Dolphin and goes to the BoardWalk. Its so quiet as you walk by the water and pass so much greenery.
