Where's The Winter Discounts???

Hello All,
I have been going to the World for the last 4yrs from late Jan. to mid Feb. and there has always been a room discount 30% Deluxe, 20% Mods and so forth, or free dining since this is a slower time of year and Disney is trying to beef up there bookings. There has not even been much chatter about any promo's coming out. I usually book around this time, and like AKL, so I was kind of holding out for something to be released soon. Has anyone heard anything? This is right up your ally Master Yoda!!

I always thought they came out at the end of August, early September. But since we don't travel at that time of year, I am not certain.
