OK...um, Cosby aside...You know what is sad (and more on topic)? Listen to conversations around Roy and Minnie for a while. A lot of folks have no idea who he is, a lesser number assume he's Walt and a few- OK, one Goober that I heard tell his ''lil Buford'- "I think he's Walt, but at a different age than the statue with Mickey." Honest.
I think I got most of those from one visit. Roy gets a lot of traffic when he's parked in front of the restrooms.

Plus if PeeWee Herman's handprints made it through his allegations PLUS almost complete obscurity then I would think Bill would be safe

I didn't intend for a spark to my comment (though I am grateful for the initial answer)! Though I get that the situation has a potential to start a ruckus, I had intended the question to come off more innocuously.
As for the Roy statue, I've heard him being referred to as Walt more often than I'd like to admit (which is to say, I've heard it from everyone I've seen near that statue aside from my family), but I had no idea that he moved between two places. In all the years I've been there I feel like I've always seen him in his regular spot, though I guess when I've been there over the holidays it didn't occur to me that he wasn't there. Sorry, Roy!

I don't think there is. I know there isn't one by his restroom location.
There are plaques in the flower beds next to the statue, but I think they are quotes from the opening of the park speech. Even though Roy made the speech, most folks don't care/know or bother to read it. Again, we are a small minority there

The dedication plaque is right next to the statue.
Some kind of plaque there, although I can't read it.

It's being melted down so they can make a small replica of the bull on Wall St it will also have constant display of todays stock price to remind CM's of their priorities and their duty to the stockholders.
