I personally didn't see it but yeah, I'm pretty sure I heard it's on the lift after going through the mine.

There are 2 mickeys and 1 Oswald. One Mickey is inside the Mine, the others somewhere along the lift. Advice, look up on the side of the lift.

spoiler highlight is and read its white text there are 3 mickeys. one in the load zone one in the gems and one on a beam before the drop

I'll say. In the angle on the left he looks like a piece of wood and in the angle on the right he looks like a fully realized cartoon drawing.
