Thank you. According to Wikipedia (just go with me here), Tom Fitzgerald is an Imagineer and a "Senior Vice President, Principal Creative Executive". Tom has also posted on the Disney Parks Blog and described himself as the "creative executive for the Disneyland Resort"

He's also Tony Baxter's mortal enemy, so I am sure that plays into having him on the Blog ... the same Blog that hasn't said a word about Tony yet.

Way to go Blondie, Bland Tommy and Crazy Gary! You guys are MAGICal!!!

REALLY?!?!

you think Fitz looks like Cameron?

If you look at the picture at the right angle, there is a bit of a resemblance. Just enough that if you had Cameron on the mind, you might think that. In the second picture, there is no similarity. I went back and looked after the Cameron similarity was suggested. Some would say that my 34.56 minute analysis was a waste of time, and I would say they are correct.

I would speculate that E-tickets would be based more on demand than anything. I would suspect that many new D-tickets would actually be E-tickets on a pay per ride system.

In that case, Alice in Wonderland and Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin would be considered E's, and they're not.

The ticket classification is based on what the ride does, for the most part. At least it is now.

Is it though? Because there really is no set guide line on what should be considered on eticket based on what the ride itself accomplishes. I feel its more like what @RSaxNo1 said.

I think so. There may not be written guideline anywhere, but we can infer the system is based on how advanced the attraction is because of the attractions listed. Look at the E ticket picture you posted, Peter Pan is not on there, yet it pulls in long lines today, and it did back then.

If we are going by advanced ride systems then haunted mansion doesn't fair very much today in comparison to the new dark rides IOA is putting out. So if the parameters have changed today based on the standard of what is considered an e then haunted mansion doesn't fair very well and yet we all consider it an E ticket

We consider it an E ticket because it says so on the old tickets. If Mansion were to be built today, it wouldn't be considered an E. At least I don't think it would. Mansion does the same thing Mermaid does, yet Mermaid isn't an E.

Then its not an e ticket anymore.
