I have not seen it on trips but from reading posts in here, I think it sounds like its at Magic Kingdom somewhere around the Carousel (or somewhere behind the Castle in FL) I am sure someone will give you an exact location.

MK, over next to Cinderella's Golden Carrousel.

It will be found in Magic Kingdom in front of the (Cinderella) Prince Charming Regal Carrousel.

I don't believe you'll ever see ANYONE pull the sword from the stone anymore.
