Where to Live given the option, Vista Way or Chatham Square??

Ok, just to point out a few things....

I am college program alumni...From Spring/Summer 2006

I stayed at Vista Way.

Me and my girlfriend (both alumni from last year) had a great time living at Vista, closer to the parks, shopping, food, stores, ect.

For the program we are doing this year, we are thinking about whether we should try Chatham out instead of Vista...yes I know we may not get to pick, but if we request we dont know what to choose...

Vista or Chatham??? Thanks for any info!!!

If I had to choose between the 2, I would go with Chatham. I have stayed there twice, and love it there.

I stayed at Vista my first program and Chatham my 2nd. Chatham is MUCH better, much nicer, quieter, but still social. Vista is full of the types of CPs who end up getting termed and don't deserve to work at WDW in the first place. Yeah, you can meet more people at Vista, but its annoying there.

What are the nearest places to Chatham? -Meaning within walking distance.


Like I know there is Walgreens, Chik-fi-la and wendys near Vista.

I was in Vista my first time and Chatham the second. Both times were great. When I was in Vista NONE of the six of us had a car, so it worked out better that I was there so I could just walkout to Walgreens and to get some food easily. In Chatham all three of my roommates had cars so transpo wasn't a problem that time around.

Personally I'd take Vista over Chatham if I went again because of the convenience since I would not have a car. But if you do have one, I'd try for Chatham just for a change.

I stayed at Vista Way on my college program and when I go back I would like to stay at Chatham. The apartments there are much nicer. I suggest Chatham!

Did anyone ever answer what is near chatham besides that outlet mall? If theres an answer let me know please!
