Where is the old Epcot Fountain prism?

I know the old Epcot prism has been sold and is long gone but what I want to know is where did it go. Has it ever been spotted again on display anywhere in this country or world? I haven't heard anything so I am assuming it is being hoarded in someone's garage along with an Alfa Romeo.

I've wondered this too -- I liked that fountain.

This subject came up a few months ago on these boards. IIRC one of the three prisms is planted in front of a car dealership somewhere. Other two MIA. Can someone comfirm this?

Yeah, it is sitting in someone's garage, waiting for those two guys from American Pickers to come and find it.
Now this I thought was funny.:D
Anybody got a picture of the prism we're talking about? I'm sure I'll go "oh yeah" when I see it, but I just don't remember it.

Wow, I had completely forgotten that fountain ever existed. Very cool looking indeed. I hate the Leave-A-Legacy garbage there now (even though my Family left a legacy ). Someone here had an avatar that had their child putting their hands on the Leave-a-legacy "tombstones" and it was captioned "Never Forget," as if someone had died. VERY comcical!

The fountain is still there and working. There is just nothing displayed on it to really catch your eye.

Anyone else notice that the fountain can be seen on the Spaceship Earth web site? It's odd that they would use such an old photo.

where not the only ones who prefer the old fountain. The prism and that old fountain really fit the format Siemens has chosen for Spaceship Earth. I believe that they could bring back the original look for the fountain or something pretty similar. Speaking of the fountain... does anyone know if thats the same original fountain?
