Where is the nearest k mart, walmart or store where i can buy shorts and t shirts??

Hey folks just wondering where wud be the best and nearest place to pick up a few shirts and shorts for a 7 year old???

There are outlet centers a plenty not far from WDW. If you can get to one of them it would probably be your best bet.

417 Toll Road to Orange Blossom Trail has a Target.

Well the closest superstore would be taking Epcot Center Drive/World Center drive to 535. Turn right and there is a Walmart about a mile south of that intersection.

Also slightly north of crossroads is Palm Parkway/Turkey Lake Rd. If you take that there will be another walmart a bit further away

There really are no K-marts anywhere near Disney and the closest Target is the one mentioned above.

Additionally there are about a million tourist shops on 192, two outlet centers and a mall on International Drive, and a few gift stores on 535.

I'm not generally a big Walmart fan, but the ones down there have nice Disney clothes, cheap. They're a step up from Kmart and a 1/2 step below Target in my opinion.

The Super Target on 192 East is a good place to get Disney related items at good prices. We've found the Walmart off 535 to be just OK and always too busy to shop.

The Lake Buena Vista area has many touristy shops, but they also have a nice Walgreens and a grocery store. On the other side of I-4 is the Premium Outlets (I recommend going to any of the Orlando area outlets at night because the crowds have diminished and it's much cooler!)

There is a shopping area on rt 192 (Bronson Memorial Highway), just on the other side of Interstate 4. It is called Old Town, and they have the Ocean Wave Surf Shop that has cheap shirts, shorts, and swim wear. Their phone number is 407-396-9534

Pretty easy to find, and only about 1 1/2 miles from the All Stars.

We stopped at the Wal-Mart listed above and grabbed 2 autograph books for under $2 each. They aren't the fancy ones with like 10 pages that Disney has, but they are small notebook looking pages with a character scene on it. They have Princess, Fab 4, Cars, etc themes.

It is a Super Wal-Mart, so it has the normal Wal-Mart stuff as well as groceries.

Oh yea, your right when we stopped there last yr to pick up our items for our 10 day stay we purchased a buch of Tshirts, sweat jackets for alot less than what the park sells them for.

There is a Walmart on Rte 535 going towards Rte 192. So if you come out of Disney on rte 536 which goes by the Marriott World Center and Nickolodian hotel, you would turn right onto rte 535 and it's maybe a mile down on the right hand side.
