Where is the Disney Outlet store?

I know there's a Character Premier or Disney Outlet or something like that nearby to WDW but I'm not sure if it's still where it used to be located when I went back in early 2006. Has it moved in recent years? Anyone know exactly where it is so I can make a pass thru there when we arrive next month?
