Where in WDW is your “happy place”?

Fountains outside Imagination, being able to watch the monorail go by.

The lazy river at Blizzard Beach!!!! LOVE relaxing there, watching the kids play, passing under the caves and trying to avoid the cold water, watching everyone trying to time the fisherman's sneeze.... relaxing and good fun all at the same time!

Walking thru the Disney gates always gives me a thrill. But, watching the night time show on the Disney castle is the absolute best place to be. How can anyone think or feel bad watching those beautiful lights, pictures and music and fireworks. Its the best show in town. Maybe the greatest show on earth!

* Main Street
* Innovention's Plaza, looking at the fountain and Spaceship Earth
* World Showcase, right before Illuminations, with the torches lit
* Crescent Lake, anytime
* Adventure Land, eating a Dole Whip

I could go on...

So my FAVORITE place is the first step into your clean hotel room and that first look around with your suitcase behind you. You have all those experiences just waiting to happen.
I love Splash Mountain where all the little homes are.
The part of Peter Pan as you fly out the window over London and off to Neverland.

The spot right through Innoventions in front of the Land. The minute you make it through there everything seems to become so peaceful and relaxing. Second place would, probably surprisingly to many, It's a Small World. Some reason that ride more than any other reminds me of my childhood trips.

Got it. Is this just something that you and your family adopted? It's kinda like one of the frequent Trip Report posters who calls the train the MPB, which she finally explained was a Moving Park Bench.

Whenever I’m in a painful situation (like getting a cavity filled) or a “push through” situation (like finishing the last mile of a tough run), I go to my happy place. Shockingly, mine is at WDW I assume most of yours are, too.

Specifically, I transport myself to walking down Mainstreet USA first thing in the morning when I can hear the music in the background and really smell the bakery and Starbucks.

Main street is special but I find anywhere in the Magic Kingdom is pretty special

It's not too fast, not too slow, there's hardly ever a line (and if there is, it moves pretty quickly) and you can do some people-watching with a birds-eye view.

This is the most underrated ride at Disney. It is relaxing, enjoyable, and has some great views of the MK. I hope it stays under the radar-we usually ride it as many times as possible.

I suppose you could say that. Always called it "The Blue Ride" as a kid.

Night or day, doesn't matter.
