Given the white railing you can see in the reflection of the window, Ima say it’s not the Magic Kingdom (I don’t know where Magic Kingdom has any white railings).
But, it could be MK. Can’t think of somewhere with white railings like that for some reason…
(Sorry if that came off as blunt, I was just trying to analyze the photo and comment on your comment)

I don't know if they changed them but years ago the balconies above where Skipper's Canteen now is were white slats like that but it does not reflect a soap with english spelling
