It’s not at one of the actual resorts. For clarification, this could be in an area that is considered the boundary area between the Epcot resort area and DHS.

I’ve walked that path many times and never noticed the light fixtures on the bridge before. I’ve also driven that part of Buena Vista Drive numerous times and never paid attention to them.
