Wow. Good one. So this is obviously at a table service restaurant (cloth napkins, china plates). Pretty sure that's not Be Our Guest. I think you can partially see into areas like this at Cinderella's Royal Table, so that's my sure to be wrong stab in the dark guess. Cinderella's Royal Table.
