Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

Low 80s here today. I just cleaned out my car from the winter season. We haven't had many days where it's nice enough to go outside and do that. But I got all the gravel and salt out from underneath my floor mats. And I dusted it.

I'm due for an oil change, and when I was out driving around yesterday I started hearing a high pitch sound when I braked. My car isn't even 3 years old, and it has just under 29,000 miles on it. So sometime this week I'll call out and see if they can get it in. They say on their website that they'll even come pick up the car and bring it back for me because of the pandemic.

Wow! I never heard of toasting a hot cross bun. My grandmother sometimes had them, but we ate them room temperature. They also had the white "cross" (in frosting) on the tops of them.
Here too, but our crosses are just a different coloured bread; not frosting.

All my life we’ve cut them in half, toasted, and then buttered them. I’ve never just eaten one.

Why are there 2 Brantfords and the temps differ?
The top one is my actual location within the city, and the other I presume is city centre.

I think it’s like highway signs that say 5 km to a particular city - just as you’re passing the first entrance ramp.

You know what's funny?
Went to chick fil a today. They have their Covid drive through line down to a science. Two separate lines with two people in each under a canopy taking orders. Then after you order with them they tell you which car to merge behind when the two lines merge. And after that there is another person outside before you get your food checking to make sure everyone is, in fact, in the proper order.

Whatever it takes to make the customer feel like they want to come back again.😉

Good Lord 5 people!!! You can't even play a 3 on 3 Futebol(Soccer) game in the park with just 5 people!!!!!
Until two weeks ago, you couldn’t even GO to the park. All play equipment is still cordoned off.

We’re still in pretty tight lockdown. Our numbers the past 4-5 days have spiked higher again, due to people not following the rules on Mother’s Day two weeks ago.

Let’s cross our fingers that we don’t experience the same setback 8-12 days from now. I’m never going to get back to WDW or NYC or Pigeon Forge at this rate. Heck, right now, I can’t even shuffle off to Buffalo for another 4 weeks at best.

People don't make sense that don't follow the rules. It seems to be showing not only where you are, but also many other places that stats spike if people don't follow the guidelines. I hope you don't have to be in lockdown much longer. That must be driving you crazy.

Before our Supreme Courts overturned the Safer at Home order, we were meeting 5 of the 6 criteria to begin phase 1 on reopening. Right now we are meeting 1 of the 6 criteria. Our numbers have been very inconsistent since the courts overturned it. Before they overturned it, we were consistently going downward.
