Dang it. What am I supposed to do with these now?

Those would still come in handy. I’ve gotten better than I used to be, but there are still certain kinds of foods I really don’t like to touch. A good example of what still bothers me is if I have corn and the juice from it starts contaminating my mashed potatoes. Anything that has some kind of liquid I try to keep separated. Typically I just space them out on my plate.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Me: I am really going to use this time off work to improve myself.

* Looks at scale ... nope, don’t seem to have lost any weight.
* Looks in mirror ... nope, don’t appear to be any fitter or more toned.
* Looks in drawer ... finds Biore nasal strips ....

Also Me: I am really rocking this quarantine. 🙂

I am more the higher maintenance type. When I go out I do wear the make up and get all dolled up. This lockdown has been quite a change of pace for me.
Welcome to the dark side, where getting dolled up means putting on fresh PJ pants and a clean shirt!

I put my knife under my plate so that it tips the plate just enough to keep the juices where they belong. Or make a little mashed potato wall if you have enough mashed potatos to spare a teaspoonor 2.
I'm just full of helpful household hints!

I didn’t get dressed today. And I’ve only brushed my teeth once so far. Top that!

(I did make the bed though.)
A few days ago, I didn't brush my teeth or make my bed and wandered around my apartment in my underwear all day long. I think I just topped you, nuff said. It did have a plus side, I didn't have to take those decorative pillows off the bed before I retired for the night. I also do have the advantage of living alone.

The next morning I realized that I didn't take my meds either. I do live on the edge a lot of the time. We will call it the lost weekend compressed into one day. But, I'm feeling much better now. In case anyone is keeping track.

You need a “to-do” list - item #1 is meds! @JenniferS will tell you pants are for ugly people so the pants definitely don’t matter but the meds are important!

Hahaha, Don't get me wrong I do like snuggling on my couch with my dog and watching a movie in my PJ's.

I only have one pill (Eliquis)to take twice a day now, but I'm still bad at remembering. So I set the alarm on my cell phone to go off art 8 am and 8 pm ro remind me. Works well for me.
Most of my meds are for back pain and blood pressure. I have taken the same thing for BP for the past 30 years, every morning. One would think I would remember to do that. I'm thinking that the sequester thing tends to have one time just melt into another and I am forgetting it once in a while. Before I moved I had my meds out on the kitchen counter and took them at the same time with breakfast. I don't have the same configuration in my new place, so I keep them on my dresser in my bedroom. I seem to forget them more now then before. However, that was the first time in months that I forgot my main life enhancers. Usually my back pain will remind me, but lately that hasn't been all that bad so I tend to forget about it. ( as @NYwdwfan would say... Furgetaboudit!) Fortunately, that doesn't happen often. I never had a problem remembering the morning and bedtime meds, but for a bit of time when my back issues first started I had to take a mid-day med as well as a series of exercises so I did set an alarm on my phone for 2pm. Now I just have my major ones in the morning and bedtime are just two supplements, one of them being folic acid.
