When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Emails finally all caught up.
Half a dozen phone call appointments for tomorrow, as well as a bunch of Zooms.

Thankfully one of the Builders is going to take the lead on the first Zoom call for the DocuSigning part. I just get to sit there and look pretty. (That’s pretty hard these days.)

I now have four more deals sitting on my desk that need to be typed, and each one takes about 45 minutes. IRL, using the iPad and the scan bar on the driver’s licence, I can bang these out in less than 10.

But first ... tea.

Oh yeah, first complaint.

She’s going over my head, directly to the Builder because I won’t negotiate a lower price.

That’s alright Sunshine, at 6:30 you said you needed 20 minutes to discuss it with your fiancé. At 9:00 I sold it to someone else. Someone I like better. Someone who knew he was getting a great price. So HA!

As the province gets closer to announcing a Phase 1 re-opening date, here are some cut and paste numbers.

According to Friday’s epidemiological summary, of all deceased patients in Ontario:
7 were between the ages of 20 and 39
49 were between the ages of 40 and 59
291 were between the ages of 60 and 79
Ontario’s seniors continue to be the hardest hit by the virus. At least 774 people 80 years of age or older have died to date.

Quick facts on all Ontario COVID-19 patients:

• 41.6 per cent of all patients in the province are male and 57.3 per cent are female – 153 cases did not specify male or female gender

• 44.7 per cent of all patients are 60 years of age or older – eight cases did not specify their age

• 2.3 per cent of all patients are 19 years of age or younger

• 22.8 per cent of all patients are between the ages of 20 and 39

• 30.1 per cent of all patients are between the ages of 40 and 59

• 22.1 per cent of all patients are between the ages of 60 and 79


• 22.6 per cent of all patients are 80 years of age or older

• Public health units in the Greater Toronto Area account for 59.5 per cent of all cases

• 14.6 per cent off all patients are health-care workers
