As of last night, I can walk down the stairs.
As of this morning, I can also walk up ... slowly and carefully.

I made the executive decision to not bring the walker. Mike wasn’t convinced. The only two places where I might need it are the two places I can rent a wheelchair if necessary - which I don’t think it will be.

We’re on our way. Better late than never.

I originally thought no, but when I took it off, I missed the “support” it offered.

It’s back on now, at least until the adhesive bugs me too much again. Pink, of course.

Have a safe trip and enjoy yourself!! But please don't overdo it. I am sure you are tired of having "invalid status", and you don't want to be a whiner...but doing too much too soon can also cause permanent damage. Think about the advice you'd give to one of your friends if it was them, and follow that!

No Christmas dinner for us. Better late than never.
We both got the same thing, except I got carrots and Mike got brussel sprouts, which actually came out as a salad.

Everything was very good, except for the corn muffins. They were bad. So bad, that not even Mike would finish them. I’ve always said that I never met a corn muffin that I didn’t like ... well, I can’t say that anymore.



We are all fed up, gassed up, and back on the highway. People are very, very friendly in WV. I give them
