According to Google, he was Clinton Rickard https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clinton_Rickard@JenniferS , I really like the sculpture of the Native American surrounded by the various colored plants. You guys had a pleasant day there by Niagara Falls--jealous!!
I looked up the sculpture and it's Chief Ro-Wa-Da-Gah-Ra-Deh. (I couldn't find a picture of the plaque near him on the ground, though. )

Uh-oh! I hope you didn't burn yourself! I'm guessing there are worse things to smell like than pumpkin spice...as long as you didn't hurt yourself!I'm so tired I'm barely functioning. I got enough sleep, I think, it's just that I wake up at 5am every day (by choice) so by the time I get to work I'm ready for a nap. I just took a sip of my coffee and NONE of it made it to my mouth - I somehow rotated my (Disney refillable) mug just enough so the sip-hole was around 7 o clock from instead of straight down where it should have been and I just poured coffee all over myself. My hair is now wet and smells all pumpkin spice-y. I also brought freshly home-made oatmeal/cranberry/pecan cookies for an afternoon treat and ate them for breakfast instead. I get the feeling it's going to be a long, long, LONG day.
Nah - it was way cooled off by the time I spilled it. Funny thing is - I did the same thing yesterday.Uh-oh! I hope you didn't burn yourself! I'm guessing there are worse things to smell like than pumpkin spice...as long as you didn't hurt yourself!
It “snowed” here. Just a few passing flurries, but enough to totally wet the pavement.DH removed the AC's from the windows today and I got out the fall/winter clothes. To cheer me up though, I packed for Florida too.
I can't like that. Sorry. It “snowed” here. Just a few passing flurries, but enough to totally wet the pavement.
Nooooooo, I’m still wearing capris. With FitFlops, of course.

Florida is delightful in February - not hot, just comfortable. I like to think of it as Ice Cream Weather - warm enough to enjoy it but not so hot that it melts faster than you can eat it.Dang, you had me all happy too, until you did a retraction from the lovely coolness, to packing for a hotter climate.![]()
