That's awesome. I'm up to 2 miles but only about a mile and a half is straight running. I have a 5k bubble run in September with some friends and I do NOT want to be the reason we have to walk. I'm fine walking for someone else but I don't want it to be for me. I HATE actually running but love how I feel after.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.

Mike and I walk 4 miles numerous times/week, weather permitting, but run ... nuh uh.

Mike actually tweaked his knee and ankle running at a basketball skills clinic this week. Right now, he can neither run, nor walk, which just goes to prove ... NO GOOD COMES FROM EXERCISE.

Now excuse me while I go get him some more Tylenol and another ice pack. :(

Awesome. I have a 5K run in September as well for our city's Corporate Challenge.
