Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

I'm drinking tea. And reading. Same as usual.

I am also considering a swig of cough medicine to quell this annoying, out of the blue, hack.

Or not. Not sure I'm in the mood for the crazy, psycho dreams.
I should really start training myself to go to bed earlier, though. In 6 days I'm going to start have to be up early again. Although it will be weird because I'll have 8am on M/F/W, and then 1 or 2pm on T/Th.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
You mean this? :D

I'm honestly not a fan of any version of MacArthur Park.

It's a bad song. Period. Disco-ifying it however, made it horrendous.

On a slightly related note, the first song I ever downloaded on Napster was Madonna's dance version of American Pie.

Now I only listen to Weird Al's The Saga Begins. I know every word by heart. I don't know what half of those words mean (having never seen any of Episodes I - III), but that's not the point. Abba didn't speak a word of English in the beginning. They didn't know what they were singing either.

Sympathy like.

Ditto for me getting up early next week ... but that's because I'll be in WDW! Ha! :joyfull:

Never mind. I had to hit refresh for some reason for it to show up.

Just pretend those other posts say "I love @PUSH".
Sounds good to me! :D

Well, I'm going to sleep. It's a full hour before I've gone to sleep for the past week or so, so hopefully I'll be up early and ready to tackle the day! Or more likely I'll wake up and lay in bed for an hour before showering, then dreading life until I have to work one of the longer shifts tomorrow night. But good news, I switched my shift with someone on Saturday, so I'll be able to watch the Wisconsin/LSU game! I offered to buy him a candy bar in exchange. Who can refuse that deal? And then after that, no more work until I start school. Yippie!

But, after an unintended monologue, I am off to slumberland (not the furniture store, as they are all closed at this moment). Good night, night owls!

I love me some KC and The Sunshine Band.
The band really did make some great, catchy songs.

Speaking of which...

I'm afraid, being older and all, that the early Bee-Gees were far superior to the Disco Bee-Gees. Disco marked the end of music and the start of noise. And that's all I have to say about that!

Oddly enough, I think I liked both equally. It was almost like there were two different bands, with how well they transitioned. I loved their original music, and also loved the sound of their later music. And with the exception of them and maybe a select few other bands, I didn't care much for disco.
