Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

Closed to new people joining the queue I assume? Not closed as in not operating?
That makes sense. I've checked MDE multiple times today and have always seen that message; even as folks were posting real time pics on Twitter.

Hee hee . . . I just spent about an hour reading that thread in N&R!! Oh my goodness . . . there were a number of issues with that ride today. At one point in the afternoon they were only taking in people with FastPass since the queues were so long (after the ride being down some hours). Later on, someone said they reopened Stand By, but I can't imagine how long Stand By would actually be. Ugh. Not for me.

I recall when 7 Dwarfs Mine Train opened. I waited 2 years before I went near it, and at a one point while walking by, it said 50 minutes Stand By. That was the shortest Stand By I had heard about, so I got in line. By the way, I liked the ride, but didn't think it was anything special, except for the cute themeing.

Makes me glad I'm not a "lifestyler", blogger, or whatever other terms Spirit uses to label individuals who have to be the first to experience something new. I don't mind waiting until the hype goes down. ;)

Oh boy, Vermont! Are you going up to Killington to ride the Beast Coaster? I'm dying to ride that! :joyfull:

Minnie, can I ask how old you are?
I'm 49 (close enough) and my sons' friends are shocked that I ride Behemoth and Leviathan - front row, arms straight up the whole way (none of this up and down stuff), and not a single scream.

My kids think nothing of it. They think all old broads ride that way. :joyfull:

I'm also a menace on the bumper cars, but that's another story.
