In Maryland you can't vote in a primary unless you're registered by party. So I don't have to choose one of those retreads and bozos get to vote. :(
In Wisconsin you can vote no matter what, but I think you only get to vote for the candidates within one party. I don't think you could choose a Republican presidential candidate, then vote for a Democratic state senator (or whatever is being voted for outside of president).

Yeah same in Texas. They asked me what party and that is the ballot (computerized) I received.

A lot of states are like that. I think a few let you vote in more than one primary. Only about half the states have the option to register as a member of one party or another, and in most of those states you can only vote in your party's primary.

You know what's funny?
Well...VW called me about my car. They are having issues figuring out why my cruise control is broken so they reached out (opened a ticket) with I guess the main VW center to get their feedback.....so another day with a loaner, haha
