Carolyn (DWifey) is like that, and always has been, although I definitely don’t hate her…!!!!!
I was like that before we had kids, but, once we did, every little noise woke me up, and I still haven’t been able to shake it after all these years…!!!!!
It definitely still takes me a while to wind down and fall asleep. I finally went to sleep last night at about midnight, but woke up about 4:30a and couldn’t go back to sleep. That’s pretty typical for me these days. I try not to disturb Carolyn, but she’s also a pretty heavy sleeper…!!!

Sample prices (Boston and metropolitan area) - $2.94 regular, $3.92 premium. Of course, it changes daily and depends upon what gas station you go to.

Not only is it a gas station, it’s also a Walmart convenience store, separate from the main store, out in the front of the parking lot.
Our local Texas H-E-B grocery stores have sold gas for decades now, and the prices are usually very competitive, but not so much lately.
Both stores locations are within’ about a couple of miles of us.

It’s not just in Texas though, as a quick Google search shows several locations across the nation, as far as I can tell.

We've stayed high, at $3.29. I've been hearing prices are going down lately, but ours hasn't gone down in a while. A few weeks ago it actually went up from $3.19.

Tomorrow a bunch of friends and I are heading up to Green Bay for the NFL Draft. I've had the personal days lined up since August. This is probably the only time I'll ever get to go, so I'm taking advantage.

I get gas tomorrow but lately I've been using my grocery points to get gas. My gas light turned on today and I have my office day tomorrow then vacation

Oh my, that is indeed high. I can’t even remember the last time we paid over $3/gallon.
It fluctuates from low to high 2’s, but 3+, fortunately, hasn’t been around here for quite a while.

I remember gas going up to $0.48/gallon when I was a kid, and my Pop was not happy about that…of course, the truck/camper we drove on our summer trips got about 12 miles/gallon on a good day…!!!!!
