Eating lunch at Pecos Bill. Place is jammed. But my burrito is tasty. Couldn't find the hot cheese for DWs nachos.

For the first 18 years of my life, I called it the "crust".
Once I met Hubby and heard him call it the "heel", that made a lot more sense.

Call it what you will, they are my two favourite pieces for toast.

We call it the heel or the end. My grandmother used to say that eating it would make your hair curly.

Hey y'all, hope everyone is doing well. Just wanted to check in to let you know I'm OK and I wasn't abducted by aliens. Well, maybe a type of alien - online dating! It's been over 20 years since I was in the dating scene and my how things have changed. When I first signed on it was a bit overwhelming, but now things have settled down, so hopefully I can do some catching up soon. Did I miss anything exciting?
