The pork shank wasn't too bad, it needed a little more spice but the meat was tender. We thought a little mustard would have made it perfect.

When Son #1 lived at home and was allowed to drive the Altima, it seemed like I was filling up (the disproportionately huge gas tank) every five or so days.

Now that he doesn't live here, and only comes over once/week to borrow the Cavalier, I just filled it up today for the first time in 2016!

Yeah, it's a big thing. I bought a colouring calendar for Tammy for Christmas. She's been into it since the summer.

A local restaurant even has colouring nights once/month.
