I, too, recall (quite some time ago) @JenniferS mentioning that her friend needed some work, and Jennifer also needed help with cleaning. Worked out very well for both of them.

My place ( ) could sure use a professional cleaner. I heard this morning that the MA Powerball lottery is now 500 million dollars. If I win the lottery, I'll hire a housekeeper; and while I'm at it, I think I'll also hire a chauffeur. (I like it when someone else drives me places, because I can gawk out the window and look at scenery.)
