I remember the first time I saw "It's a wonderful life", it was Christmas Eve and I was in Bien Hoa, So. Vietnam. Armed Forces Television showed it (fortunately it was old enough to be filmed in black and white because that was all they broadcast) All the rest of the guys were outside getting massively drunk, lighting farts and having fist fights. Wonderful night! I have to admit that probably because of that stuff, it had a very strong impact on me. It was a story about a person finally realizing that what he did as a regular person had massive impact on so many people. Corn? Absolutely, but, it was a feel good movie by the time it finished. Probably one of the best movies that I have ever seen, whatever, the reason.Mr. Potter! In the, in the whole vast configuration of things, I'd say you were nothing but a scurvy little spider! And... [turning to his aide] And that goes for you, too!
