I like root beer so until the last 1/4 I did. Root beer just doesn't seem like something that works as the soda for a mixed drink to me.If the make-up looks fake on my tv I can't imagine how awful it is on a movie screen.
So did you like the root beer?
I guess her first idea of writing a novel about Xylophones just didn't work out. It's quiet everywhere tonight. Even N & R.
I just started a new library book. I'm the first to get this copy, so I guess I'd better get cracking, as there is a long waiting list.
Sue Grafton - X.
Shockingly, not "X is for ...", as has been the pattern of every other book in the series.
Great party trick - name all the Sue Grafton novels, starting with "A is for Alibi", "B is for Burglar", "C is for Corpse" ....
Release the balloons!
Wait... Wasn't there also supposed to be a clown? Where is the clo...oh
Meh, it is just a clown.
Thanks to Incognito Mode, you will never find the proof to answer that question...Did you actually Google "dead clown images"?
Actually I am pretty happy for her. It must be a real challenge to come up with a mystery novel for every letter in the alphabet. At least there are only two left, but, the dilemma that she will face when she gets to the place where she has to decide if the last one should be for "Z" or "Zed". I used to read them, but, got caught up in life and now I don't remember which ones I have read and which ones I haven't, so I sorta gave up.It's quiet everywhere tonight. Even N & R.

And now you know why I don't get invited to too many parties.
Like Agatha Christie and Janet Evanovich, Sue Grafton's novels have a high degree of re-readability, and do not need to be read in order.Actually I am pretty happy for her. So I'll understand everything that's going on if I skip straight to "Y is for Yak" and "Z is for Zweiland"?Like Agatha Christie and Janet Evanovich, Sue Grafton's novels have a high degree of re-readability, and do not need to be read in order.
Feel free to pick a letter and hop back in.
