I love stroopwafels, but never managed to have very fresh onesYeah, they are delicious, but the best ones are the warm ones straight from the vendor, where the caramel is still dripping off of it.

No@Tiggerish should we be wishing you Happy Birthday today???
Enjoy your dinner!!!No
Thank you for the thought, though
I’m letting my husband take me out to dinner, and that’s plenty ‘nuf attention.
I can’t find it.
Is that an original Squire Strat?

I'm sad (sigh and sob) but no one remembered my Birthday. No extra attention -- this is a (non-birthday) cupcake you can enjoy tomorrow (not your birthday) with a cup of coffee.

I'm sad (sigh and sob) but no one remembered my Birthday. But that's OK, at my age, I'm not sure I want to be reminded. I did get a lot on Facebook, but to be fair, they notify of birthdays.
I had a split Birthday situation. On the 20th I had a small party at my youngest Daughters home. They were heading out for Vermont a few days later and were going to miss the actual date. Then on my Birthday my other Daughter took me to the "Drive Shack" with the rest of her family after that we had spare ribs and gifts. The following day my Grandson took me to lunch at a place called "Bad Daddy's". I had never been there even though it is fairly close to me. The food was good but very messy. I'm not a big fan of sloppy food. So basically a two week celebration that in spite of adding weight to an already overburdened body was pretty special.
Just kidding about the lack of attention from here. I'm old and, by law, I need to find something to be ch about.

As of 2:30PMEST two people posted wow emojis. I'll follow up my post that today at Costco I paid $2.83 per gallon.Like many people, I go to my local COSTCO to fill up my car's gas tank. I like so save money so I often spend 20 to 25 minutes on the site once I arrive
Do any of you wait in long Costco Gas lines as well?View attachment 874177
My state doesn't have a Costco/Sam's Club but we have a BJ's. The gas is like 20 to 30 cents cheaper but is it really worth to wait in line and drive out of your way? Which I'm sure lots of people do. Not really for a few bucks. I've been lucky and never had to wait at the gas station. As of 2:30PMEST two people posted wow emojis. After leaving their property I passed Wawa (a Convenience chain with Gasoline as well ). so....just 1.5 miles from Costco, this Wawa was charging $3.05 per gallon.
My Costco is 6 minutes from my home. Wawa is 3 minutes from my home. For me personally it is worth it. I am glad for the many people who pay at ExxonMobil, Shell , etc. If everyone went to Costco I'd be there for 5 hoursMy state doesn't have a Costco/Sam's Club but we have a BJ's.
