When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Nope.
Nope.
I miss something that goes well with coffee. Back 25 years ago in front of Canada pavilion at Epcot was a kiosk called Beaver Tails. The Canadian cast members sold sugary goodness with a variety of toppings. It puts American funnel cakes to shame. Coffee , beaver tails and watching Illuminations was a perfect ending at Epcot. They’re everywhere here, go figure.
That’s another Nope.Just be thankful no one brought Lutefisk.

For those not familiar with Lutefisk: Lutefisk is dried whitefish, usually cod, but sometimes ling or burbot, cured in lye.
Ill.try anything once, but that definitely sounds like a one and done. That’s another Nope.

I’m thinking I might just chug a whole jug of vinegar first to kill my tastebuds.I grew up with it. You put vinegar on it to make it taste better.
Which brings up the question, why do we eat things that we apparently don't like the taste of so we smother it with some other condiment just so we can get it down. We all do it, even myself, but why? I don't like liver, for example, so instead of disguising the flavor, I just don't eat it. I don't use steak sauce because I like the taste of steak. I have the same question about hot sauce. I know it is loved and consumed by the gallon, but it seems like it is overused to me. Do people not even know what some things taste like because they have burnt off all their tastebuds by now?Heck NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't like to drown my food in sauce but sometimes a nice garlic sauce makes a good complimentary flavour to a good piece of meat.Which brings up the question, why do we eat things that we apparently don't like the taste of so we smother it with some other condiment just so we can get it down. I knew of a few coworkers that before they ate their food, one would add salt and pepper and the other one would get her bottle of hot sauce out and put it on her food prior to eating. When in Texas, I put salsa verde or salsa picante on my breakfast, lunch and dinner burritos just like some of the locals. I wash it down with an ice cold beer even at breakfast . Many things are bigger and hotter in TX.Which brings up the question, why do we eat things that we apparently don't like the taste of so we smother it with some other condiment just so we can get it down. I have taken my wife to my former college ( West Chester U in Pennsylvania) to see a Christmas Concert. Look how close we are to the stage (5th row) View attachment 758232
