I would like to get a hotel room inside the Blue Jays stadium with a view of the field . That stadium was one of a kind when it opened more than 30 years ago.We’ll still be friends. Better friends if the Jays win though.

We got married in 1993, and spent the first night of our honeymoon there, with a field view room.
We’ve stayed in the hotel a few times since, but because the boss has TD Clubhouse (Row 1) seasons, it never made sense to pay the HUUUUUUGE upgrade for field view.
We did have breakfast with a view last year though.
My husband is very angry over that.Good luck to all the teams that made it (except the Braves...sorry just can't)!! We let go of Buck yesterday

I don't follow baseball, but even I knew who he was. He did a lot of charity work after his baseball career, and was well respected here.

I got a mysterious notification on my notification bell.
It said "so and so quoted your post" ...then it showed "Today at 9:26am"
but when I clicked on it, I was directed to the "so and so person's post" September 25th.
It was on my thread about Mazda cars.
This person who quoted my Mazda post was not one of you who I regularly exchange posts with.
Just a little software mystery
DID any of YOU receive a notification today which is actually related to the past?

Sure was. And the Wakefield announcement was a shock as the notification he passed came about 15 minutes after the moment of silence.Bestie was at CitiField yesterday when they announced it.
