You know what's funny?
Paint the Night Electrical Parade, part 1 of 2.
So DW took most of these pictures. Really, I am not a fan of taking photos during a parade. I would much rather sit and enjoy the show. Anyways, this was the second Paint the Night parade of the evening. We decided to go with the second as it was much less crowded than the first. Earlier in the day, we ate at Blue Bayou for dinner (forgot to take pictures
). It was actually the only sit down meal we had the entire trip as the rest of the time we went for quick service.
About the parade...I would say the best I have ever seen. It was really cool and I liked how they used a bit of music from the original Main Street Electrical Parade, just a bit sped up.

The more pics, the merrier.Not to take away from Andrew's posts, but in a little bit I'm going to post another round of my photos. Then I'll probably do the rest tomorrow or Sunday because after that I'm pretty busy the rest of the week. Actually the next two weeks are going to be pretty busy for me, and by that time I'll be getting back into the school mode.
Then we have @Eric1955's D23/DL pics next week, and mine from WDW the week after that.

So after MK we went back to the hotel and walked around before heading back to MK that evening. Here are some pictures from that adventure.

PS- We also came across some squirrels, but I think they were doing... stuff, so that's not appropriate for this forum.
Because instead of hawks catching your attention, you have bright colors. Bright colors > icky nature.

We stayed at POP for 5 or 6 trips straight, and then last year we moved up to Coronado Springs.
POP was fine, for what it was, but yowza there are much nicer resorts out there.
Irrespective of the perceived devaluation in the Poly's refurb, one of these times Hubby and I are just going to say the heck with it and stay there! That truly is our dream resort. Even though we've only ever dined and shopped there, it totally feels like home.
Tomorrow I get to work at 7:45 in the morning! The joys of service desk... but anyway, I've never opened at service desk before, so that should be interesting. And I'm going to be super tired because I'm not used to early mornings anymore. Last night I went to bed at 1:30 but couldn't fall alseep until 3 in the morning. Too many thoughts on my mind. But hopefully I won't be thinking about life and stuff tonight when I try to sleep.

I have to keep repeating, "Pop will help me afford extra days for Universal." Over and over again whenever I see POR photos.
Tell her no and upgrade to concierge level at AKL and demand two free cakes and an unlimited FP.
