We didn’t go to the Ark Encounter. We just wanted to get home. We’re going to take a car trip down later this year. The truck is a Ford F-250 Heavy Duty. It drives like a work truck … because it is a work truck. So uncomfortable.Glad you made it home safe. Sorry to read about Mike's cousin

Did you end up doing the Ark Encounter??
We had the game on the iPad in the truck, but of course we missed the OT goal because we were getting gas. When we got home at 4:00 am, Mike replayed the 3rd and OT periods.
Mike is at the visitation/funeral as we speak. He told me I didn’t have to come, so I accepted. I lost my Auntie in December. She was like my second mother, our families were that close. I helped her out a lot during COVID, and then provided extensive palliative care during the final two months of her life. It’s all too raw still. I’m not up for another funeral just yet. Sounds insensitive; but if you know me, it’s really not.
