It's called Kraft Mac and Cheese around here.

Much like Kentucky Fried Chicken became KFC years ago, Kraft Dinner morphed into KD.

All advertising touts "Gotta be KD".

Ketchup is for hamburgers and meatloaf. That's about the extent of it's usage for me. As a child I used to put ketchup on scrambled eggs.

Hamburgers, hot dogs, meatloaf, cabbage rolls, any kind of fried egg, and mac & cheese for me.

Surprisingly, not on fries.
Canadians use malt vinegar. Or gravy.
Or gravy and cheese curds.
