Merry Christmas to you and your family, Steve … and to all of my MAGIC friends and their families.
We are surrounded by COVID amongst our friends and family this year - no one actually within our household … yet; although our youngest son is waiting upon results from a PCR test taken yesterday.
We’ll be going nowhere, doing nothing. No family, no church, no time with friends. That’s okay, we’ve been blessed with a nice home, plenty of food, and hopefully some time around the fire over the holidays.

Keto or no, I prepped my traditional French toast casserole for the morning. It’s my turn to book the ADR’s, so I’ll be up at 6:00. French toast needs 45 minutes or so, so I’ll expect you all around 7:00.

Merry Christmas! I didn't remember what I was supposed to bring. @JenniferS supplied breakfast, (Thanks! French toast is one of my favorites!) I'm better with baking than with cooking, so E and I made Peanut butter blossoms, though hershey kisses don't exist here, so we had to be creative, and we made peppermint bark, oreo truffles, white chocolate covered pretzels, and some fudge.
