I just watched a livestream of MK's Cast Member preview of HEA. It was a bit laggy, but all the feels! On Thursday night you'll be able to watch the first night it's open to the public on ResortTV1. And that same night Cory Meets World will be streaming Epcot Forever's first showing.

I will be at Epcot in the first and Mk on the 2, so excited for the fireworks!

@PUSH , thanks for your TR from a few years ago, with some great photos and fond memories for you.

Have to say I'm happy about one of the updates since your last trip. And that is the removal of the huge concrete uggos in front of SSE. Thank God those are gone now, and the beautiful, entrance fountain (with the EPCOT acrylic pylons) is BACK!!! :inlove:
I agree! But I do miss the old entrance music.

What is this Cory Meets World? What have I missed??

🇨🇦 As of June 29th:
68.3% - partially vaccinated
29.6% - fully vaccinated

Compare to 10 days ago - June 19th:
66.6% - partially vaccinated
18.1% - fully vaccinated

That’s an increase of more than 1% per day over day for second doses administered. If we can sustain that rate, by the end of July, we could be at 60% of the population fully vaccinated.

🇺🇸 - June 29th:
54.8% - partially vaccinated
47.0% - fully vaccinated

June 19th:
53.8% - partially vaccinated
45.4% - fully vaccinated

I’m betting the border closure for non essential travel is not extended when it expires on July 21st. That’s only 3 weeks away.

I’d say “Happy Canada Day”, but celebrations are muted again this year … not just due to COVID this time.

Onward and upward -- that's a positive thought for Canada Day. Celebrations may still be muted, but optimism is in the air. (And Pooh suggests a little honey on your toast this morning.) :)

Happy Independence day! July 2nd is the actual day that the Continental Congress voted to declare Independence from the British. Thomas Jefferson had already written a draft of the Declaration of Independence to be ready when they voted. John Adams said that July 2nd would be forever celebrated with parades and games, etc. The July 4th date comes from the approval of the final draft of the Declaration of Independence and its publication.

But if you observe July 2nd, there aren't any hot dogs, cheeseburgers, or corn on the cob, on the grill. 🤔

You gotta wait until the 4th for the good stuff! :D
