Thurs. morning I wanna stop at WaWa and get breakfast food to eat later for lunch.
I'm thinkin' a breakfast bowl with scrambled eggs and bacon and then a side bowl of oatmeal.

Yet the containers are not microwavable....so since I want this later for lunch, I had to transfer the food to glassware..

June 3rd is the last day with students and that is a half day for them. I have to back on June 4th for inservice. I can't wait for this school year to be done, not really anything against the kids but with all the pandemic protocols and stress I just need to be done for a bit.
Mine is June 4th. It's a half day for kids, and staff have a work day the second half. But usually we get told we can leave as soon as we have our rooms packed up. So we all tend to get them packed up ahead of time.
Yeah, this has been a long year. Very little joy. It also doesn't help that we've had a totally nonexistent principal. But luckily we're getting a new one next year.
I've only heard of one teacher from our school who's doing summer school this year. Normally there are several, but everyone just needs a nice, long summer break. Especially after last summer when we all spent the entire summer wondering what was going to happen in the fall. I don't feel like it was a relaxing summer break.

Agreed. We all really need a relaxing summer and that includes the students. No thoughts of doing summer school at all on my end!
I'm going to be on a leadership team over the summer to help our new principal get ready for the start of the year. That's about the most I care to work this summer.

To bad about all those floating shark meals though, eh! If love means being shoved off a floating door to my death in the freezing sea, I'll pass on love. That's love at first sight lasting until a few hours later. (shove) (glug) (bye bye love, bye bye happiness) How a disaster movie of that caliber can be thought of as a love story is beyond my admittedly aging imagination.
