But then you woke up and the dream was over.It was 19 degrees and felt like 19 degrees when I left school today. It felt so warm! It's only supposed to get warmer over the next week. Next week it's supposed to be in the 30s, and even a chance of getting into the 40s! You have no idea how excited that makes me.
Pretty impressive. Would be more impressive if it was nearly as tall as Mike.
You and I are on opposite ends of the spectrum with pics.Sadly, you did not see fit to post pics.

Will all this cold air benefit the earth globally? Putting a pause on glacier receding? Ice cap melting? etc?Yea! Us, too! Must be the same snowstorm coming up here.
Don't have any here at least in central NC, may get some tonight, they don't know for sure yet.The continental United States is currently 73.2% covered by snow. That breaks the record of 70.9%, which was set back on January 12, 2011.
I have a friend in NC that had no power for three days, and then again for 24 hours - Duke Power.Don't have any here at least in central NC, may get some tonight, they don't know for sure yet.
No, we lost power for an hour yesterday at noon, but that was a local problem not related to storm. Within 2 minutes after the lights went out they texted me and said that it would be out for 2.5 hours. Ten minutes later they had changed that to 1 hour and 20 minutes later the lights came back on. If it was west of us in the mountains, they got snow and ice from what I understand. Some of those more remote areas are harder to get too and there are way more trees and overhead wiring. In this area most of our power is underground. Not saying there aren't any above ground but most of the new areas are buried lines.I have a friend in NC that had no power for three days, and then again for 24 hours - Duke Power.
