Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
All restaurants are closed in Ontario for indoor dining, so I ordered a just warm-it-up romantic NYE dinner for two. Then we ate leftovers

So we had it tonight instead.

This was supposed to be for two, but Mike “said” he was too full. Everyone knows I love any kind of salad, but goat cheese takes it to the next level.

The cheese popover was essentially a Yorkshire Pudding. I had set aside half of my potatoes and meat (in case Ski crashed our dinner - he did - so I gave him the popover as well).

It’s hard to tell that Mike’s plate has twice the meat and potatoes, so you’ll have to take my word for it. I did take the lion’s share of green beans though. I always eat my veg. He liked the popover.

It was all very good, but the salad, seafood crepe, and goat cheese crostini were particular standouts.

Did anyone have a moment recently where you lost track of what day of the week it was?
NYE felt like a Friday night to me. Yesterday felt like a " Saturday" to me. Yet here I am posting this morning and NOW it's Saturday morning.
I feel ready to go back to school tomorrow but tomorrow is Sunday. Besides going to church, I can't think of anything I want to do tomorrow since it is cold and we are in a pandemic. Not exactly an abundance of things to do.
