Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
I told Mike he didn’t make the garden big enough.
I ended up putting the watermelon in a 5 gallon fabric pot (right), as well as some of the tomatoes (left). Strawberries, meant to stay in that pot (centre).

Pickling cucumbers with room for more, red pepper, radicchio, beets, onions, tomatoes, and room for carrots.

48 hours in, and I feel like George Costanza ... so far two have actually sprouted microscopic roots.
Yes, I bring them in at night.

How are clinicals going? Do you enjoy it? I'm sure it's exhausting, but hopefully you are feeling like it's worth the effort!

I’m still adjusting to being back and all the changes. My first day went well, but the rest of the week was more stressful. I have a lot to get done during the summer, and I’m behind on everything because of all the clinical time I missed last semester. I do enjoy what I do. The part I don’t like is having somebody watching over my shoulder to critique everything I do. That really stresses me out. The techs at my favorite clinical site really do a good job of making students feel more at ease. They really want us to succeed and they go out of there way to make us feel comfortable. Unfortunately, that hospital is still not letting students return. I’m hoping that changes soon. I’m sure I’ll be fine even if we don’t return there this summer. I’ll just have a lot more stress, but it’s definitely worth it.

I'm not one to idolize celebrities per-say, minus a few select exceptions. One of those select few, probably top of the small list, celebrates his 55th birthday today.

Anthony Melchiorri, host of shows such as Hotel Impossible, Extreme Hotels, and Five Star Secrets. A true legend in the hospitality/travel industry who has turned around countless hotels for the better over the course of his career, and coached how to run lodging properties correctly. I really admire his devotion to the industry and persistence in making sure things are done right.

If ever you get a chance to stream or watch any of those shows, I highly recommend it. Very informative on the behind-the-scenes of catering to the traveling public.
