i don’t think the plan is for masks to be required for guests. I believe the recommendation is for CMs. Of course, early days right now.
That is from the guidelines put out by Orange County, but Disney could add more mandates to its guests. Universal put out a survey asking for guest feedback on what would make them more comfortable. One of the questions was requiring all guests to wear masks. I'm assuming Disney and Universal will have pretty similar guidelines.

And if they don't require masks right now, I would not go personally.

I’ve sent out more than 100 emails in the past hour or so. It’s 10:30. No more until tomorrow. Jennyfer needs some tea. And maybe a Kit Kat.

Everybody wants first dibs. I might go by time stamps. I might go by people I’ve spoken to in the past. I might go by the most polite emails, or the most grammatical .... 🤷🏼‍♀️

What about highest qualified bidder?

The price is the price. We don’t negotiate down, but I don’t entertain competing bids either.

The Builders raise prices often enough. I’m not going to make people pay more before they have to.

Ha, you have no idea how often that happens.

I’ve never been offered more than $10K (has happened lots of times), but Mike was offered $60K to let some guy jump the queue and buy the only 60’ ravine walk-out. What’s another $60K when you’re paying $2-point-something million? 🤷🏼‍♀️

It goes without saying that I have never risked a 31 year career for ten thousand bucks. Or any thousand bucks. Not how I roll.

Must be stressful for those buyers to be in that market with so much competition and no real way to set themselves apart. Probably constant disappointment.

Usually when we have a new release Purchasers line up for hours.

I work for two small builders. For the big builders, the line ups can start on Tuesday for a Saturday opening.

People sell their spots in line for tens of thousands of dollars.

Aaaaah, the good old days.

I just answered an email promising to bump a guy to number one. I recognized the name (‘cause even in Brampton “Kashyap” stands out) and he wants a semi. It took me forever to sell the semis in phase 1.

The 2-car garage detached are going to be harder to balance fairly.

When I worked at Kmart in college, it was against company rules to take tips or bribes or anything from vendors, etc.

On my last day of work, which also happened to be the last day the store was open, a man and his family came in to buy nearly everything we had left at a 90% discount. He has a business in Iowa where he resells stuff that he gets from closing businesses. I spent almost my entire shift checking him out. And with our old registers, apparently you can only scan 299 items at a time. And it took about 5 minutes for it to process the transaction each time. I probably did 15-20 different transactions for him.

Anyway, when he was done, I pretty much spent the rest of my shift just hanging out in the office talking to coworkers. He asked to come thank me at the service desk, so someone brought him back to the office. He shook my hand and slipped me a 20. It was totally like one of those drug deal situations. Needless to say, I took the 20. What were they going to do? Fire me?

After he left, my boss (the cool one), asked me if he gave me money. She knew what was up, but she wasn't your typical boss, so I said yes. She broke way more rules than I did, so I knew I was safe.
