Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

@PUSH you inspired a taco salad dinner tonight, complete with Fritos! You have to look closely but they're buried in there.

Wow -- that's advanced Fritos!! :joyfull:

P.S.: I love Fritos in perpetual motion -- hand in bag, grab Fritos, stuff in mouth, repeat. :p

(Note: My only complaint is how much they've gone up in price. Their medium sized bag has continually shrunk in size and now is $3.99! UGH! :banghead: ) It's so expensive to eat healthy Fritos these days. 😒 Come to think of it, potato chips have been steadily rising in price as well. Expensive to be a health food freak these days. :cautious:

The house across the street from us has a tree like that and when we were deciding last year what kind of tree to get to replace our maples, DH suggested one of those til he realized he'd be the one raking up blossoms. :joyfull: So we have a red maple to enjoy in the fall and a neighbor's tree to enjoy in the spring. win-win!

I started to post something yesterday, but thought it sounded whiney.

Apologies in advance if it does.

It’s pretty much certain that we will be postponing our September Disney trip (no live trip report for you!) and there’s no way Mike will go to NYC this year either.

For those of you cancelling destination vacations this year, what are your plans? Assuming things are somewhat back to normal by the summer, are you doing big trips, local day trips, staycations?

I have tentative plans to make a trip up to Vermont this summer. I haven't been since 2016 and should make one trip if the body feels up to it. No theme parks on the schedule for this year even before good ole "19".
By "tentative" I mean that the thought entered my mind a couple of times. Which is how most of my trips do. Other then Europe most of my adventures are just last minute desires.

Think I'll wait until next year to see what's up. Ironic that I had saved up the $ to go to WDW this spring (haven't been in 2 years), so who knows when a trip will happen again. (At this point, I don't think I'd relax on any vacation until the global medical crisis gets resolved.)

My hunch is that many people might take a weekend getaway, not too far from home, or local day trips, etc.
