Today's Attraction of the Day: Seven Drawfs Mine Train!

I apologize if I am starting to repeat rides... I really should have kept track of what I was posting.

That was fun. Since it's been open, I've only ridden on it twice. Somehow the video I found almost more enjoyable than actually riding it. (Also, the tracks reminded me of Expedition Everest. It's odd what you pick up when watching some of these videos -- details you don't notice when you're actually on the ride in the park.)

I've done it once per trip. I may have done it twice the first time I went after opening.

It's a nice ride, but it is not my favorite. I classify it as the most overrated ride on property. I like it, but I don't see the mass appeal that it has.

Going for a different flavour profile on the veg today. One tray of just carrots and potatoes, with olive oil and honey and some or other spices:

Second tray also has onions and celery, with olive oil, fresh minced garlic, and different spices:

I may just skip the roast beef altogether and eat a whole tray of veg on my own.

I prefer the honey and oil on the left, but I really like celery and onions, so I had a scoop of each.

Ski is not eating, because according to him, he’s “not hungry enough to dirty a dish”, and Spenser is sleeping. So ... typical Sunday night dinner. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve seen Ski eat - a forkful is usually enough.

What’s on the asparagus - cheese and breadbrumbs?

I received an email from Costco last week that included their 'recipe of the month'...a cheesy asparagus. It was fantastic! Buttery panko crumbs with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses 🥴. I realize at this point it can no longer be considered an actual vegetable! But I'd highly recommend trying it. If you go to Costco web site its right on the home page.

That looks like sausage on the top left of the plate. Did I miss sausage?
