Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
I'm looking up recipes again... that seems to be my quarantine go-to between 10:30pm and 11pm.
I am addicted to Brad Mondo and Hair Buddha YT videos. I laugh and laugh.

Public Service Announcement time ... if you don’t normally colour your hair at home, now is not the time to attempt it for the first time. And if you must cut your own bangs, use tiny vertical snips; never one big horizontal cut. (But if you do, be sure to film it and post it on YT or TikTok. How else can Brad find it?)

I've also been doing a bit more cooking, and trying out a few new recipes. Not necessarily my "thing", but like everyone else, I'm trying to get around boredom. The other day, hubs said he was afraid I might have the virus. I asked him why, and he said I must be running a fever, because I've been spending more time in the kitchen lately, than all the years he been married to me! :joyfull: :hilarious: (Shocking, I know . . . :p )

I agree! And I admit the one I made the other day was just from a mix (from Aldi's I think). I only had a little taste of it because I don't tolerate citrus type things well yet, but what I did taste wasn't bad. Nothing like the real thing, but not bad. Mostly I did it just to prove to mtself that I could.

Our school announcement is supposed to be coming out next week. Virus peak is somewhere around May 3rd. I doubt they can reopen schools after that.
I think we've all known it's been coming for a while, but it's still sad that it's official. My brain is also racing with end of the year stuff, now. How are we getting the kids' things back to them? When am I going to be able to go in and pack my room up for the summer? It's going to take me a lot longer this year, because I normally have students help me clean and empty out bins the last week of school. If I am switching classrooms next year, it's going to take me that much longer. If that happens, I will need to pack literally every single item in my room. I won't be able to just shove things in my closets and cabinets, or stack it on top of my counters.

Also, how are we doing next year's class lists? How do we cancel field trips? So many questions.

Key Lime is one of my favorites!! (For some odd reason, I can never find any good Key Lime pie up here. The Key Lime pie I've had in various places in Florida, is scrumptious (worth the trip down there! :hilarious: )
