Regular coffee and a donut for Mike.
If I ate a donut now, I would be unable to eat lunch in 40 mins. He’s still hungry after his 1 1/2 subs last night. He’ll be fine.

I know I’ve already done a “Don’t hate me because I’m beautiful ...” post, and I really try to keep that to one per trip, but this meal begs for it!

These were so good. Light and fluffy in the middle. Not at all greasy. The honey butter took it over the top.
When I read that this contained clam juice, I was quite prepared to give it to Mike. Then I tasted it.
He had to be content with just his.
I did share a couple bites of my pork chop though.
Mike’s chicken pot pie. Not catfish after all.
@Tick Tock got shrimp and rice.
We all shared a piece of pecan pie, but I forgot to take a photo.

The Titanic Museum was awesome. Not what Mike was expecting. He thought there would be a handful of artifacts and that’s it. It is SO MUCH MORE! Absolutely the highlight of the trip.
I cried. You know I did.
No photos were allowed within the exhibits until the last room. No pics of the grand staircase, so I happily bought the package.

Even better. He not only assisted the master artist in her work as you described, but at one point he took the palette and became the artist. I believe it's the pic of my shrimp and rice plate which is his doing.
This was a proud day indeed.

All the Christmas decorations would have ruined the authenticity for me. The Titanic never sailed during the Christmas season and it only made one (partial) trip in April. Fake news!!!! Glad it was what you expected and more. I guess I will have to make a trip over to there this spring.
