Awww....that's sweet that Mike's come around to the idea of internet friends. I'm sorry for the loss that brought you here, but I'm glad it did.It’s my 7th anniversary of joining WDW today!
We had a trip to POR booked 11/14-11/21 that year, so I’d been lurking here for months during the planning phase.
Then, as you may recall, my mom passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on the 5th, so I ended up cancelling everything.
After the lull following funeral, I wanted to start posting to take my mind off things and I joined. And started posting. A lot.
Since then, you guys have come to be very important to me. Mike no longer uses finger quotes when he refers to my “Disney friends”. (In fact, he refers to some of you as “our” friends.)
Anyways, thank you to all of you for being my friends - the ones I’ve met, and the ones I’ve yet to meet.

I'll do you one better. We're supposed to get 1-3 inches of snow Thursday night!!!

It's coming up from the south (New York area). Check the forecast before you head out, because there could be a mix in it which is not safe for driving. (Western parts of MA, etc. may get 3-5 inches by Friday morning.)

We already have our snow, but it is just about a 1/4 inch right now. It should all melt tomorrow, as it is supposed to be around 40 degrees. But it wasn't only 8 degrees this morning.

We get it after you do. I was watching the local weather report tonight and Thursday night, it will be 3-6 from Worcester to maybe 495, and then 1-3 from thereabouts, over to Boston area.
