I was in Walmart this morning and being regaled by the sounds of "Santa Claus is coming to town". Just wrong, however, every store in the area and even the dying mall I have been talking about has either completed decorating or is in process. In the Mall, it has just started so they will be lucky to get it up before New Years. They are down to one maintenance man and a useless janitorial person that spends most of his day, hiding in the shadows and looking at his phone.

I spent the past two days at Ligonier Ministries as an audience member for the recordings of Dr. Robert Godfrey’s new series on the Book of Deuteronomy. It was really neat to see how these teaching series are filmed. It was an interesting and informative series too. Plus it was nice to get some free meals.
